Mutualism - A symbiotic relationship where everything involved gets something good out of the relationship. An example of this would be a good friendship, and both of the people involved enjoy it.
Commensalism - A symbiotic relationship where some things involved do not get anything out of the relationship, and some things involved get something good out of the relationship. An example of this could be someone saying "Hi" or "Good Morning" to someone every morning, and not really having it mean anything to him, but to the person they are saying it to, it could mean a lot.

An example of this could be someone saying negative things about someone, and not really thinking about what he is saying, but to the other person, it could hurt a lot.
