Radians are another way to express the degree of an angle. Degrees can be changed into radians or radians can be changed into degrees with a simple multiplication problem seen in this video. On the unit circle, the radius is 1 unit, and if the circumference of a circle is 2πr, this means the circumference is 2π. This also means that 360° of that circle is equal to 2π.
Personally, I prefer using degrees over radians, because I have a better understanding of how large or small an angle is by looking at its degree over it's radian measure.
